Privacy policy
What ISO Radar collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you control it.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
What we collect
- Account details: company name, name, email, phone and password (stored hashed; it cannot be read).
- What your organisation enters: projects, inspections, nonconformities, risks, documents, tasks and attached photos.
- GPS location of an inspection or incident, only when you allow it in the field app.
- Technical data needed for security: sign-in sessions and IP address, to protect accounts from repeated sign-in attempts.
How we use it
- To run the service you subscribed to and show your data only to you and your team.
- To send service messages such as alerts and invoices.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Company data is isolated
Each company's data is kept separate and is visible only to that company's users, according to their permissions.
Service providers
- Cloud hosting to run the system and its database.
- A payment provider to process subscriptions; we do not store card numbers.
- An email provider to send service messages.
- Advisory council: when you use it, your question and the organisation data it needs are sent to an AI model provider to generate the answer.
Stored in your browser
Only your sign-in token and language choice; no advertising trackers.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to support@isoradar.com.
- When you end your subscription you can ask us to delete your company's data.
